At North Curl Curl Surf Life Saving Club, we live and breathe this coastline — and there’s no better way to experience it than through the North Curl Curl True 3 Points Challenge. This is more than a race. It’s a celebration of surf club spirit, community pride, and the raw beauty of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Every December, our sand becomes the starting line for two epic events that showcase the best of our backyard. The True Protein 3 Points Challenge is our signature event — a legendary swim-run race that links North Curl Curl, South Curl Curl, and Freshwater Beach in one heart-pounding circuit. You’ll dive through surf breaks, sprint across sandy stretches, and scramble along coastal trails with locals and lifesavers cheering you on.
